Taylor’s Vintage Port, 1980

A rich, herby, cherry and plum aroma. The palate is quite boozy, cherry liqueur and milk chocolate. The palate isn’t showing a lot of fresher fruit – the alcohol being the dominant element. Nice drink though. 87pts (March 2006)
