Graham’s Vintage Port, 1970

Super nose, balanced, gentle and voluptuous. Bramble, toffee and quince jelly aromas. The palate is supremely balanced with more of the berries, cigar smoke and it only improved over the hours that followed. The only wine on the day that beat it was ’55 Graham’s. 97pts (April 2006)
