Taylor’s Vintage Port, 1963

Is this the best port I’ve ever had? No, not yet, but it is fabulous and could be. Big, boot polish and dark bramble. There is chocolate and cinnamon too. A big, spicy tobacco filled palate with a LOAD of alcohol. Dark, leathery and leafy with blackberries… oh it is so tasty. 98pts (Dec 2006)
