Graham’s Vintage Port, 2011

Meaty and jammy and gutsy. Loads of burnt beef, leather and dark jam. A powerful nose. the palate is dark, chunky, chocolate and tobacco. Tar and leather come out. Cooking brambles too. The palate is dark, rich, sweet, unctuous with some really nicely balanced fruit. earth, liquoirce, tobacco and power. A long living wine and far too young. 94pts (Dec 2016)
